CST Evaluation Director Mark Graham and his colleagues received an NSF TUES grant for their project titled “Collaborative Research: Impact of the Summer Institutes on Faculty Teaching and Student Achievement”. The award totals over $2.8 million spanning 4 campuses (Yale, University of Colorado, Cornell, and UConn). Congratulations to Mark and everyone involved!

Handelsman Lab Undergraduate Kira Garry has been featured in the Yale Daily News for her recent accomplishments on the Yale Cross Country Team. Kira recently “led the Bulldog pack, taking 13th place with a time of 17:56”. Earlier this month, Kira also “led the way for the Bulldogs” when she “finished in 25th place in the 142-woman field” with a time of 17:55. More here and here. Way to go, Kira!
