Who processes MTAs at Yale University?
Incoming MTAs and those Outgoing MTAs that provide Yale materials to academic, governmental, and non-profit institutions are reviewed, negotiated, and signed by the Office of Grant & Contract Administration (GCA), MTA Team.
Outgoing MTAs that provide Yale materials to commercial and for-profit institutions are negotiated by the Office of Cooperative Research (OCR). NOTE: MTAs are not valid unless signed by an authorized representative from GCA or OCR.
