The McDougal Center provides most of its information about events and activities via email. We try to make the emails brief, and do not deluge your box with messages-usually only one per week per list. All Graduate and Professional Students, Postdocs, alumni, staff and others are welcome to subscribe to email lists of interest to them.  Click on the bold headings to subscribe to McDougal Student Life, Career, or Teaching Notes.

WEEKLY MCDOUGAL NOTES The McDougal Notes are written each weekend by the McDougal Fellows, and emailed out on Mondays during the academic term. The Notes contain notices of McDougal Center events from various offices (Student Life, Career Services, Teaching), and occasional events of interest to the graduate student community. The McDougal Notes are sent to subscribers via a private or closed electronic mailing list. As owners, only the staff and Fellows of the McDougal Center can post to this list, so you will only get notices from us.

NOTE: All GSAS registered students are automatically subscribed to the Notes at their Yale e-mail account.

These notes list events planned by the McDougal Family Fellows for parents & children, family events of interest in the New Haven area, and general resources for grad families. They come out 1-2 times a month, and are private- only the Family Fellows can post to the list.

MCDOUGAL PUBLIC SERVICE NOTES (click to sign up & for archives)
These notes list public service events, volunteer opportunities and involvement resources for grad-prof students, including events organized by the McDougal Public Service Fellows.
