2008-2009 McDougal Fellow Application
McDougal Student Life Fellows plan and carry out Center programs in a variety
of areas including social, Arts & cultural, blue dog café, famiy,, international. public service, sports & recreational, & wellness. They work with student groups and individuals
to coordinate activities, help organize New Student Orientation,
and are available to answer general questions about life in New
Haven and at Yale.
Every year in late March, the McDougal Center accepts applications
from graduate students who want to serve as McDougal Fellows for
the following academic year. The application is accessible online
at this site when the application process opens. We base Fellow
selection on programming experience, interest, teamwork, and a willingness
and ability to serve the graduate student community. Fellows receive
a modest honorarium for their service, which is usually 5-8 hours
a week. Contact the Coordinating Fellow below for more information
or if you have questions about applying to be a McDougal Fellow.
