Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

Graduate Career Services

Graduate Career Services (GCS) is a career center for students and alumni/ae of Yale University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

We are here to help you discover and meet career goals by providing individualized advising, event programming, employer relations and job postings, and a wealth of print and online resources. We encourage you to take advantage of “drop-in” advising hours (listed in the column at right) or to make individual advising appointments. Postdoctoral fellows are invited to attend workshops offered through GCS. (For individual career advising appointments postdoctoral fellows should contact the Office for Postdoctoral Affairs.)

Dossier Service
Interfolio is the provider of dossier management for all students and alumni. This online system allows one to build a portfolio of all one’s credentials. Nearly any document can be stored, including but not limited to confidential letters of recommendation, résumés, statements of purpose, dissertation abstracts, writing samples, and much more…
