Fee Waiver Eligibility & Instructions

To be eligible to apply for a waiver of the application fee you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident Visa Holder. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to apply for a fee waiver. No exceptions will be made.

The deadline for applying for a Fee Waiver for Fall 2009 is January 2, 2009.

Requests for a Fee Waiver or supporting documents received after January 2, 2009 will not be considered.

All individuals meeting the eligibility requirements who wish to be considered for a waiver or refund of the application fee must follow the directions given below for the appropriate option. Except as noted, all applicants must pay the application fee when submitting their application in order for their application to be reviewed and considered.

Please review the three options below to determine if you are eligible to apply for a refund or waiver of the application fee.
