MyHousing for Graduate Dormitory Student access only
Yale Graduate Dormitory Students can access the student page of The Housing Director (the Graduate Housing Office’s assignments and billing database) by clicking here.
At MyHousing, students can log in with their NetID and see information about:
- Room assignments
- Billing transactions from the GHO
- Information for submitting a work request to Customer Service through FAMIS (the University’s facilities request webpage)
- The Room Selection pages (activated in March) where students who wish to return the Graduate Dormitory Housing will select their rooms for next academic year.
Important Dates for Graduate Dormitory Students to remember for 2009:
Summer Housing (for residents without a 2009-2010 cotnract) ENDS on Friday July 31, 2009 at 12PM (noon).
Check-In Weekend for Graduate Dormitories is Thursday August 20 – Sunday August 23 (10AM – 10PM each day.)
Residents at 276 and 254 Prospect St: please contact your Resident Coordinator to plan your arrival date and time.
Residents of HHH, HGS & ES Harkness Hall, there will be a Check-In Station near the entry of your building.
The Graduate Dormitories DO NOT close for holidays (including Thanksgiving and Winter break) although the Graduate Housing Office will be closed for services. Students can remain in their buildings and rooms or travel to and from campus as they choose throughout the break periods.
The GHO will be closed for services on:
- Monday September 7, 2009 for the Labor Day holiday
- Thurs & Fri November 26 & 27, 2009 for Thanksgiving Break
- Thurs December 24, 2009 – Friday January 1, 2010 for Winter Recess
