Current Residents
Residents of Graduate & Professional School housing are allowed to renew their year-long housing contract each year they are a full-time enrolled student within a Graduate or Professional School program at Yale University and in good standing with SFAS and the Graduate Housing Office.
Students will be asked in March of each year, if they are interested in re-signing a housing contract for the next academic year.
The Graduate Housing Office does not offer half-year (semester long) contracts. Students graduating mid-year should discuss their situation with a Graduate Housing Manager to determine if living in campus housing is the best option for them and their situation.
