Room Change Form
For students looking to change rooms within a dorm or to change dormitory buildings throughout the semester, please complete and submit a Room Change Form to the Graduate Housing Office via email at grad.dorms@yale.edu; in person at 420 Temple St or 367 Cedar St, or fax at (203) 432-4578.
Bicycle Registration
Bicycle registrations are provided free of charge as a service to the community by the Yale University Police Department. All bicycles are entered into the YPD/NHPD database as well as the National Bike Registry. Bicycle registrations begin September 1 and are good for one year. Bicycles may be registered at any time during the year. Get Registration Form
Guest Registration...
Overnight guests for more than one night must be registered in advance with the Graduate Apartments Office. Guests are limited to a two-week visit. Consideration for a longer stay can be made for special circumstances provided the total amount of occupants does not exceed apartment guidelines. It is the student's responsibility that the behavior of his/her guest complies with the rules and regulations of the graduate apartment contract. Due to limited space availability, all guests must have prior authorization from the Graduate Apartments Office to park in the lots.

Car / Vehicle Registration...
For those apartment complexes where there are lots for parking, a sticker must be obtained from the Graduate Apartments Office. First time residents must provide a copy of the vehicle registration. Renewals should complete the attached form and forward it to the Graduate Apartments Office and a new sticker will be provided. Get Registration Form
Resident Update Form:
It is the students responsibility to keep the Graduate Apartments Office informed of any changes that may occur, i.e. apartment telephone number, emergency contact, new family member, new car, or any other pertinent information relating to the student.
