Searching for Rentals
Rentals can be searched for the New Haven area and many cities within Connecticut. A criteria screen will allow you to select the following information:
- Term of housing: long term refers to academic year or longer and short term refers to 180 days or less.
- Style of housing: Apartment, Condo, House, Room or Share, Summer Sublet
- Location: All of the towns/cities in Connecticut are listed.
- Within New Haven, the city is divided into neighborhoods – all listings for New Haven are identified by neighborhood. This can be selected but is not necessary to proceed.
- Monthly rent range can be chosen or this area can be left blank.
- The next set of questions allows to you to choose two options which include Pets and Furnished/UnFurnished Apartment. These are also optional.
- Lastly, select the search button and the database will provide you a list of rentals that fit your criteria.
- Once you choose a listing for more details and this is one that you are interested in, select the Contact Me button and fill in the screen information for the landlord to contact you.

For Sale Listings:
Listings of different types of housing that are for sale is listed in this database. A criteria screen which allows you to choose what city/town and style of housing is available. Once this is completed, the listings will be shown with greater detail of information.
