University owned and managed apartments are for enrolled graduate and professional students. The apartments range in size from efficiencies to three bedrooms, all unfurnished. Pets are not allowed in the apartments. All student housing is conveniently located within walking distance of central campus and is served by the Yale Transit Shuttle buses. Residing in University owned Apartments offers a variety of excellent opportunities for students and their families to experience a truly international community. All apartments are smoke-free.

Procedure
Applications for 2008-09 for the Graduate Apartments will be available as of April 1st on-line. Click here and follow the instructions.
The system will ask for your University Net ID. If you are new to the University and have not received one yet, please use the second option to submit an application.
