If you've submitted a successful proposal, congratulations! Please remember the following guidelines:

• Bring 50 flyers to the Senate meeting closest to your event.
• Email an advertisement at least one week before your event to Noma Ndlovu, PR Chair
• All events or sponsored groups should be open to all graduate and professional students.
• All advertisements (both paper and email) must include the GPSS logo and the text "Sponsored by the Yale Graduate and Professional Student Senate."
• Advertising should include all professional schools as well as the McDougal Center and the Hall of Graduate Studies.
• Special posting guidelines apply at the Law School.
