Trip Dates: Feb. 8 - Feb. 10

E-mail gpss.ski.trip@gmail.com with questions.

Welcome everyone, to one of the most exciting events of the year - the annual GPSS Ski Trip! This year the GPSS Ski Trip will take you to the enchanting slopes of Killington, the resort with the most terrain and the best nightlife of any ski resort in the Northeast. For photos from the 2005 trip to Mt. Snow click here.

ACCOMODATIONS

Accommodations are provided at the Mountain Green Resort Condominiums, which is a self-contained resort with one- and two-bedroom units (four and six people per unit). Each unit has a pullout couch in the living room and one queen size or two standard beds in the bedrooms (pull out couches and queen beds need to be shared!). All units have VCR and microwaves and there is a common area laundry facility in each building. The resort has three buildings located adjacent to one another. Building #3 is the main building, which houses the registration desk, Sky Box Bar & Restaurant, Ski Shop, underground parking and Health Club. The Health Club offers a 54' indoor pool, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, weight room, and cardiovascular room. Racquetball and Massage are also available for a fee. There is also a shuttle to and from the lifts.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is provided through Snow Search, which offers first class bus transportation. Space on the bus is limited, so only the first 98 people that sign up are guaranteed to be able to take the bus. If there is enough interest early on, we may be able to book a third bus. The rest should provide for their own transportation to the Resort. The bus leaves from Payne Whitney Gymnasium on Friday, February 8th, at 4:30 pm. The return is scheduled for Sunday, February 10th, at 5:00pm from the Mountain Green Resort entrance. As happened last year, we will provide free drinks on the buses courtesy of GPSS. However, feel free to bring additional food and drinks.
