New Haven Regional National History Day Competition

The 2010 New Haven Regional National History Day competition will take place on Saturday, March 20 at Wilbur Cross High School, in New Haven, Connecticut. For Participant, Teacher and Judging news, visit our Information Page. Contact us if you have questions.

District Contest Online Registration closes at 11:59pm on February 5. Entry fee of $5 per student must be sent to the Connecticut Historical Society (1 Elizabeth St., Hartford, CT, 06105) prior to the district contest.

Teachers: Please register all of your students together. Go to http://ct.nhd.org and click on your district contest. You will need to include your students' names, phone #, category, division, and entry title. Students should not register themselves, but they will have the ability to log in to their account to verify entry information if they choose. Students working independently should contact the state History Day coordinator at history_day@chs.org or 860-236-5621 ext. 252.
