Fall 2007 Placement Test Information

The German departmental placement examination will be given on Sunday, September 2, from 2 to 3.15 p.m. in room 119, William L. Harkness Hall. A makeup examination will be given on Monday, September 3, from 9 to 10.15 a.m. in room 207, William L. Harkness Hall. Dates for the oral portion of the examination (a 5-10 minute interview) will be announced after the written test. All results will be posted by Monday evening. All students who have never taken a German class at Yale must take the departmental placement test. Registration/Academic Fair Fall 2007: On Tuesday, September 4, from 2 to 4 p.m., during the Academic Fair, students should register for courses G115, 116, 130, 131, 125 and 138 in room 309, William L.
