The mission of the Division of Finance is to support the University’s teaching, research and clinical practices by fulfilling the following roles:

• Setting standards and policies for financial management and performance
• Leading the community effectively in change
• Establishing reasonable controls and risk management
• Providing accurate and timely financial information
• Leading, fostering and performing meaningful planning
• Providing training, ongoing support and customer service within our units to distributed users and to each others’ units
• Improving operational effectiveness
