The mission of this group is to:
Ensure
compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
and relevant federal and state regulations as they pertain
to the Oracle Financial and Human Resource applications
Manage
General Accounting and Payroll Operations within a sound
and effective internal control environment
Serve
as the financial information steward for the Data Warehouse
Develop
and Maintain robust reporting tools to provide high quality
financial and management information to University departments
Provide
guidance to University departments on financial reporting
issues
