YaleNext

What is YaleNext?
YaleNext is a University-wide program that is designed to improve the administrative services provided to faculty, staff, researchers, and students.

This means that we will change the way we deliver our services so that they are more efficient and effective in satisfying the changing needs of our users.

The executive sponsors of the program are Shauna King, VP Finance and Business Operations, and Mike Peel, VP Human Resources.

What is our guiding principle?
We will deliver administrative services that are helpful, simple, and accurate, and at the same time, use Yale’s resources more thoughtfully.

Who's working on YaleNext?
The YaleNext team, led by John Jibilian, YaleNext program director and AVP Business Transformation, includes Yale staff members who have an identified expertise required by a workstream.

Over time, each of us will have an opportunity to contribute our ideas and our talents in ways large and small to this effort.
