Communicating with Business Operations
In addition to the Business Operations meeting structure, there are two other channels for more frequent communications: YaleBlu, a live website and monthly publication that pushes (sends) information to all Business Operations staff, and broadcast messaging. To assure that important information is effectively conveyed in a timely fashion, Business Operations has developed standards for sending broadcast email messages to business operations staff. Communicating with Business Operations Groups
There are several groups that meet within Business Operations. The contact information for each group is located on the Business Operations page on YaleBiz.
As soon as you know you would like to make a presentation to a Business Operations group, submit your information through this electronic form. It will help plan the agenda and prepare team members for a thoughtful discussion of your topic.
The Business Operations Administrative Calendar is the central posting site for events and deadlines relevant to the business operations community. For policy and administrator contact information, click here.
- View the calendar by day, week or month; sort through the events by category
- Send events directly to Outlook by subscribing to the RSS feed for the entire calendar or the individual event categories of your choosing: Budget, Community, Group Meetings, Holidays, Lunch & Learn, Trainings
- Email posted events to others
