The data are all from 10 x 10 m plots.
The first two numbers are the row and column of the plot.
The northwest corner of the plot is the identification corner.
The next number is the species number.  Next is the species name.
The next number is the dbh in cm
The last number is the "vigor code"  : 0 = alive, 2=dead standing tree and 3= snag
