Teaching Relief for Child Rearing:

In order to request teaching relief, please submit the following items to your department chair:

• completed Form to Request Faculty Leave,
• modified version of the "Template letter to request Teaching Relief for Childrearing" with your own information, and
• a confirmation from your spouse/partner's employer as outlined in the template letter.
