PLEASE ASK PRESIDENT BUSH AND YALE PRESIDENT LEVIN TO URGE FOR THE IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION OF CONCENTRATION CAMPS IN CHINA THAT ENGAGE IN HARVESTING AND SELLING HUMAN ORGANS WHEN THEY MEET WITH CHINESE LEADER HU JINTAO
Dear fellow students, staff, and faculty of Yale:
As detailed in the attached special edition of the Epoch Times, evidence has surfaced that Chinese authorities are secretly holding over 6000 Falun Gong practitioners in a secret concentration camp and are harvesting their organs for profit. Apparently very little anesthesia is permitted for these operations. Once the necessary organs are removed, the bodies are cremated. No detainees have left the concentration camp alive. Subsequent investigations have revealed that Chinese authorities are secretly harvesting organs at thirty-six similar concentration camps throughout China. In direct violation of international covenants and all human decency, no consent has been granted by either the victims or family members.
We must put a stop to this deadly and despicable trade by asking President Bush and Yale President Levin to raise this issue with Chinese Leader Hu Jintao during his scheduled visit to the US, which begins April 19th and includes an appearance at Yale on the 21st.
The exposure of these appalling crimes has caused immediate alarm in the international community regarding the genocidal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. If history has taught us anything, it is that we cannot remain silent and allow such atrocities to continue.
Please sign our petition to President Bush and to Yale President Levin
Sincerely,
Min Deng, Ph.D.
