Natinoal Conference on Workplace Chaplaincy

Caring for the Spirit at Work:
Workplace Chaplaincy and Emerging Paradigms

This is the third national conference we have hosted on this topic. The target audience is businesses, organizations, and people involved in or interested in learning more about faith at work in general, and workplace chaplaincy in particular. It will be held on August 6-8, 2008 at the Yale Divinity School in New Haven, Connecticut.

This highly interactive conference is designed for all those involved in using, providing, or considering workplace chaplaincy, including CEOs and business leaders, HR professionals, academics, clergy, and workplace chaplains themselves. Panels and forums will be offered on various issues, including how to develop and utilize workplace chaplaincy, how to offer an effective ministry to multi-cultural/multi-faith workforces, and how workplace chaplains can better network to share ideas and training. All are welcome to attend. As before, we anticipate that certificates will be provided for CCE credits (13.75).

Email David Miller or Faith Ngunjiri to get additional information as it becomes available. But for now, save the date, and keep your eye out for registration details!
