Reviews

February 9, 2008 | Book review, World. “[In God at Work David Miller asserts] The basic problem is that many [pastors] see church or missionary work as ‘full-time Christian service’ but business offices largely as places to earn money that can support the real Christian workers (with maybe some workplace evangelism on the side).”

July 6, 2007 | Book review, Kruse Khronicle. “This book is a masterpiece. Not because it answers all the questions, but because it frames the issues and places them within a context that facilitates discovering the right questions. If you are a business person who feels disoriented with regard to faith and work, then this is a great resource for getting your bearings. If you are a pastor with a passion for reaching business people in your congregation, then this is a wonderful beginning point to investigate how you might be more effective in doing so. If you are in theological academia, then buy this book, read it, and listen!
