The newsletter contains announcements for EVST majors, environmental seminars of the week, and general career/graduate school related information for those considering environmental careers.
Yale Institute for Biospheric Studies (YIBS) Environmental Calendar and Yale Environment News (YEN) The Yale Institute for Biospheric Studies (YIBS) serves as a principal focus for Yale University's research and training efforts in the environmental sciences. YIBS is committed to the teaching of environmental studies to future generations and provides physical and intellectual center for research and education that address fundamental issues of relevance to the biosphere and hosts numerous seminars throughout the year. The Yale Environmental News (YEN) was first published in the spring of 1995 as an initiative of the Yale Environmental Partnership (Yale Institute for Biospheric Studies, Peabody Museum of Natural History, and Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies) to report on what is happening at Yale in the environmental arena. YEN is a quarterly newsletter that can be accessed here.
Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies (F&ES) Events Calendar and Student Site (Sageboy.net) The Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies (F&ES) is a graduate and professional school that provides teaching, research, and outreach in broad areas of environmental science, policy, and management.
