Because there is no formal training required for using VWR’s online ordering web site, we strongly recommend that you first review the following steps before creating your first online order:

Step 1 - Introduction

1. To take advantage of Yale’s discounted pricing with VWR, you must first register to create a profile. In order to register, you will need to know your account number. This account number is based upon your receiving location. Please go to the list of Yale account numbers if you need to find your account number.

If you are unsure of your account number, please contact the sales representative below. It will take 48 hours before your account is activated with Yale pricing. Please refer to the QuickStart instructions in Step 2 to continue with instructions on creating your account.

2. If your department requires an approval process before orders can be placed, an approval hierarchy can be activated. Please contact your business manager and the sales representative to establish this heirarchy.
3. Should you require additional assistance with ordering online with VWR, please contact the VWR Sales Representative, Tom Matulis at 800-947-4270, ext. 4225 . He is available for one-on-one and department training.
