Create
an Online ID
- Go to http://www.postagebyphone.com/
- Click "Apply for
password"
- Enter your 8-digit
Postage-By-Phone account number and 7-digit meter serial number; click
"Continue"
- Enter your Meter
Access Code, user information and password
- Your enrollment will
be confirmed immediately by an online message and e-mail
Reset
Online
- Go to http://www.postagebyphone.com/
- Enter your Username
and Password; click "Login"
- At the main menu
click "Reset Your Meter"
- Enter your meter
access code and postage reset amount; click "Continue"
- Enter your resetting
number into your meter
Reset
By Phone
- Call 1-800-243-7800
- Press "1" to connect
to the automated reset system
- Press "1" to reset
your meter
- Enter your 8-digit
Postage By Phone account number, 7-digit meter serial number, and meter
access code, each followed by the "#" key
- Enter in your postage
reset amount
- Follow the prompts
to confirm your reset amount through Purchase Power
- Enter your resetting
number into your meter
