Pitney Bowes Postage Meter Reset Program Step 1- Introduction Yale University business offices can now reset their postage meters instantly by accessing Postage-by-Phone either online or by phone. In addition to improving the reset process, Procurement has also streamlined the payment process. Pitney Bowes will present Yale Procurement with a consolidated invoice for all departments noting meter locations, charging instructions (PTAEO) and the postage reset amounts. Procurement will then allocate monthly charges through JSA.
