Academics & Research

Yale recognizes that graduating students need to be prepared to respond to complex environmental challenges. Some of the issues that need to be addressed include how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protect sources of biological diversity, and develop efficient renewable and clean energy technology while maintaining job security and a healthy economy. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged and invited to engage in tackling topics such as these both in and out of the classroom.
