The Conference Secretariat received some 200 abstracts which were reviewed by an international review committee. Below are links to papers for which the organizers have invited authors to submit a full paper. Given budgetary limitations, as well as time constraints during the conference, not all authors who were invited to submit a full paper could be sponsored, or be invited to serve as a panelist.

Sections I. – III include links to papers selected for a short summary presentation on a panel. Speakers have been requested to limit their intervention to a maximum of 10 minutes in order to allow other participants to share their perspectives. All remaining papers are featured in Section IV. Authors of papers included in Section IV who participate in the conference are encouraged to share insights during the discussions.  All files available for downloading are underlined. Please note that the Conference binder will have hard copies of all of the abstracts and participant bios.
