Research Materials Shipping Information

Meet the EHS Shipping Team Research Materials Shipment Request

Shipping Chemical and Radioactive Research Materials

Due to the extensive training requirements EHS will ship all chemical (except dry ice) and radioactive materials from Yale. Please submit a Research Materials Shipment Request to EHS to begin the process. If you are shipping materials that were synthesized in your laboratory or that you have previously imported, please submit the TSCA forms with the Research Materials Shipment Request.

If you will be shipping only dry ice, with no other biological, chemical, or radioactive material you may do so after.

Successful completion of the Dry Ice training
Submitting a Research Materials Shipment Request to EHS for review prior to shipping the material.
