Effective Use of a Biosafety Cabinet

This video describes the procedures to follow when working in a biosafety cabinet to minimize your exposure to bioaerosols and prevent contamination of your cultures. It covers how to disinfect, load, and lay out your materials in a cabinet, what to wear and how to conduct your work within a cabinet, as well as how to disinfect, unload, and shut down a cabinet.
