Digital Media Center for the Arts: Projects

Projects

One of the major missions of the DMCA is to support Sponsored work undertaken by Yale artists and researchers. Click the link to see past and active DMCA projects.

Although the DMCA cannot provide any funding, all projects sponsored by the DMCA take advantage of the unique equipment and technical expertise available at the center. Projects are collaborative endeavors between artist-researchers and DMCA staff.

The DMCA has presented Lectures featuring prominent artists, theorists, critics and curators. DMCA artists may also discuss their works-in-progress throughout the year.

Finally, students working within various Yale arts departments use DMCA facilities for their own projects outside the DMCA's sponsorship; see Student work for examples and visit the DMCA Yale Mobile Media Mix page.
