In the Ocean of Streams of Story

Grahame Weinbren‚s interactive cinema installations have been exhibited since the mid-eighties in museums, galleries, and festivals including the Whitney Museum, the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, the Centre Pompidou, the ICA in London, the Bonn Kunsthalle, and the Kwangju (Korea) Biennale. He has made films since the early seventies: his most recent feature length documentary, George, a collaboration with Henry Corra, will be shown on HBO later this year. He has written and lectured internationally about cinema, interactivity, and new technology; and he is an editor of the Millennium Film Journal. He is currently working on a three screen interactive installation for the 1999 Biennial of the NTT InterCommunications Center in Tokyo.
