Registration Information
Membership cards, programs and events at the Center are free.
To apply for a membership card, please fill out and turn in the appropriate registration form:
DYCLC Membership Card Application (Adult)
DYCLC Membership Card Application (Youth)
To register for a program, please fill out the registration form of the program and submit it to the DYCLC.
