Verification of Enrollment
The Registrar's Office can provide verification of your enrollment at Yale Divinity School. Students normally request us to write a letter or give us a form to fill out. The standard enrollment verification letter indicates the student's enrollment status (e.g. full-time) for a given term or academic year and anticipated date of graduation.
Verification requests including confidential academic information (e.g. in good standing) must be made in writing as your signature is required to release your record.
You may fax your request to (203) 432-7475 or email the Registrar at detra.macdougall@yale.edu. Requests usually take 3-5 business days and are completed in the order in which they are received. Please note, however, that during very busy times of the year (especially at the beginning of the academic term) it may take at least a week to complete a verification request.
