Information Technology

The Yale Divinity School offers technology support to students, faculty, and staff of YDS, ISM, and BDS.

Location: Room L110, next to the Student Computing cluster.

Service hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.  We are closed during the normal university holidays.

Services provided include:

  • Student, staff and faculty PC/mac/router registration for use on the Yale wired and wireless network.
  • Virus removal / Anti Virus setup
  • Data transfer from old computer to new computer.
  • Windows updates, Anti-Virus updates.
  • General computer advice. (Hardware, software, etc.)
  • New computer purchase recommendations for Students, Faculty and Staff
  • L109 Computer cluster support
  • PDA set up and support
  • Misc. IT support, just ask, we may be able to help.
