Nathan ’01 M.Div. and Kelly Jennings ’01 M.Div. live in Austin, TX, where Nathan is Assistantjennings Professor of Liturgy and Anglican Studies at the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest.  Kelly is vicar of St. James Episcopal Church, Taylor, TX.  They adopted Vitaly Nathan Jennings in August 2007, from Kemerovo, Russia, when he was 17 months old.

 

Paul Krampitz ’01 M.Div. is pastor of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Bristol, CT. He has previously served as conference dean (Southern CT) and a past member of the New England Synod council. In addition to his duties as a parish pastor, Paul frequently contributes to liturgical resources published by Augsburg Fortress, a host of the weekly public access television program “Lutheran Table Talk,” chaplain for the Connecticut State Police and a doctoral student at Hartford Seminary.  Since graduating from YDS he and his wife, Paula, celebrated the birth of three children: Zoë (5) and twin boys Zaidan and Zachary (3).

 

Peggy Niederer ’01 M.Div. is Pastor of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, in Leonia, NJ.  She is very active as a member of the New Jersey Synod, Meadowlands Mission Cluster Counselor, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Bergen County Council of Churches, Leonia Council of Churches & Synogogues, Brotherhood/Sisterhood Interfaith Committee of Bergen County, Oelhaf House, Peter's Place Homeless Shelter, and President of Leonia/Fort Lee Assistance Board.

 

Dawn Taylor-Storm ’01 M.Div. is pastor of St. Matthew's United Methodist Church of Valley Forge in Wayne, PA.

Notes from 2007

Rev. Samuel Blair ’01 M.Div. is currently ablair Chaplain and Director of Spiritual Services for Gateway Hospice in Pittsburgh, PA.  He, his wife Tannis and their son Taylor, age 4, live in the Pittsburgh area.  They recently celebrated the birth of their second son, Spencer Banton, on August 15.  Blair serves on the Adult Education committee at his home church and occasionally contributes to the online Emergent Christianity journal The Ooze.

 

Rev. Paul Krampitz ’01 M.Div. has taken a new call as pastor of St. Andrew Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bristol, CT and presently serves on the council of the New England Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  Previous pastorates were in Stratford, CT and West Warwick, RI.  Joys include the birth of three children; a daughter Zoë Grace on January 14, 2004 and sons Zaidan Edward and Zachary Paul on November 1, 2005.

 

Rev. Lynne Mikulak ’01 M.Div. was certified as a supervisory candidate in the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education this spring. She is the Coordinator of Pastoral Care at the Westchester Psychiatric Division of New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She is a member of the Riverside Church, where she also serves on the Ordination Committee.

 

Reverend Nick Morris-Kliment ’85 B.A., ’01 M.Div. is currently serving as Associate Rector at Trinity Episcopal Church in Concord, MA, where he has been since 2004. He shares in the full range of parish ministry but with particular responsibility for youth and newcomers. From 2002 to 2004, he was the Assistant Rector at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Weston, MA.

Rev. Joseph Pae ’01 M.Div. is currently serving as a Canon Pastor at Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City, NY.  He was married on May 12, 2007 to Prisca JuYoung Lee at Seoul Cathedral, Korea.  The two met in Hong Kong, seven years ago at a conference.

Rev. Janet Waggoner ’01 M.Div. was elected Rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Shelton, CT last fall, and started serving St. Paul's on Advent I, 2007.  Her husband, Dr. Ed Waggoner ’00 M.A.R., ’06 M.A., ’06 M.Phil., ’07 Ph.D., received his Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Yale University.  His dissertation was on Trinitarian theology.  Ed will begin serving as Adjunct Professor at Manhattan College in August, 2007.  They have two children, Wynne and Ben, 4 and 2 years old respectively; and Wynne started  kindergarten in the fall!
