Other observations:
- “Buffalo” style foods (wings, breast, pizza, quesadillas) are popular
- The only time students get General Tso’s is when it features tofu – they want chicken regularly too
- The only time they get Lo Mein is when it features tofu and they like Lo Mein
- The only time they get the bubbly hot Apple Crisp is when it’s got tofu in it and they love Apple Crisp at brunch
- Serving only Vegan Ravioli without also offering Cheese Ravioli is universally disliked
