Each dining facility is supervised by a professionally trained food service manager. In addition, each Dining Room and support unit has a staff of permanent regular employees directed by the manager. All staff are employees of Yale University. In serving our clientele, our staff strives to provide consistent first quality food and courteous, efficient service.
