The Deli

A make-your-own sandwich station is available at every lunch, brunch & dinner.

The following minimum standards must be available:

  • Hummus - Any Variety
  • American or Swiss Cheese
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Tomato Slices
  • Red Onion Slices
  • Pickles - Any Variety
  • Breads - White, Hard Crust Rye, Stoneground Whole Wheat, Hard Rolls, Tortilla Wraps

  • Mustards - Dijon, Spicy Brown, Yellow
  • Chips (Potato, Corn, or Tortilla) or Pretzels

The Salad

A build–your–own salad must be offered at every lunch, brunch & dinner.

The following selections must be available:

  • Two Variety Salad Greens
  • Tomato Wedges/Grape Tomatoes
  • Five Other Fresh Vegetables
  • One Plant Protein
  • One Animal Protein
  • Two Other Items
  • Low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • Six Salad Dressings : Ranch, at least one fat-free, and 4 others

Ice Cream Standards

Two flavors must be available offered at every lunch, brunch & dinner. Based on customer demand, sherbet and frozen yogurt will occasionally be included.

Units with frozen yogurt machines must offer 2 rotating flavors of soft–serve yogurt.
