The Variety You Like…The Choices You Want…The Attention You Need

All of our board plan menus recognize the diversity of our audience and feature a wide spectrum of food choices reflecting factors such as ethnic background, student lifestyles, enjoyment, health and wellness, campus events, and holidays. The style is all–you–care–to–eat. Your options will include favorite feel–good foods, lacto–ovo vegetarian selections, vegan choices, international foods, and even gourmet creations. The choice is yours!

We enjoy meeting our customers on an individual basis, especially those who have special dietary needs. We encourage you to introduce yourself to a member of our management team so we can get to know you as an individual, discuss your particular needs and wants, and tailor our food offerings if required. We also realize that food allergies and celiac disease may reduce your menu choices. Until you speak up, we cannot make you feel cared for, dispel your fears, and increase your dining enjoyment.

Yale Dining will customize its services to accommodate medical conditions, food allergies & sensitivities, and family medical histories. Your health is in your hands so you have to be your own advocate. Start by asking us for help! Complete the allergy self-identification form here. Refer to the department’s Staff Directory to email your Yale Dining Managers.

Weekly menus are posted under the Menu Selector and include the menu item’s ingredients in descending order by weight, the nutritional information, and the dietary codes (vegan, food allergens, gluten, etc.). Refer to the section on Dietary & Food Allergy Guides for lists of menu items to avoid.
