Each dining facility is supervised by a professionally trained food service manager. In addition, each Dining Room and support unit has a staff of permanent regular employees directed by the manager. All staff are employees of Yale University. In serving our clientele, our staff strives to provide consistent first quality food and courteous, efficient service. Menus feature a wide spectrum of choices from ethnic variations to favorite feel-good foods to gourmet creations and weigh popularity in relation to nutrition. Lacto-ovo vegetarian and vegan entree choices are regularly included. The style is all-you-care-to-eat.
