Communications & Planning offers several different lists that allow you to join communities of technology professionals at the University. If you would like to regularly receive updates about what is going on with technology at Yale, please join one of the appropriate groups below. If you are sending a message and want to reach people who support technology at Yale, you must reference these groups when sending a message.

If you support technology at Yale, but you don't work in ITS, that's okay, just sign up for this list; it is for you!

IT Partners are individuals who fill technology related positions outside of Yale ITS. Responsibilities include adding/removing hardware from network, ensuring security requirements are met, and maintaining computers. When you join this list, you agree to participate in evaluation and testing of various technologies at Yale.

Project Managers Project Managers are individuals who have project management or project related responsibilities at Yale. Responsibilities include full and part time project managers, business analysts, deployment specialists or anyone who fills out project status reports for key projects. When you join this list, you agree to participate in the project management practices at Yale, and provide feedback when requested for new tools, forms and processes. (opt-in, opt-out)
