Communications & Planning
Communications & Planning provides inter.organizational and university-wide communications between Finance & Business Operations units and their clients. We manage FBO's web presences and promotions and educational materials related to new or important services. We produce internal and University newsletters that covers topics of interest to our various audiences.
Communications & Planning also provides a messaging service that supports large.scale email messaging. It consists of both a self.service interface built into the message application for sending targeted messages and a personalized customer service enterprise. The latter provides hands.on assistance sending targeted messages, identifying target audiences, managing and manipulating lists, posting material online, and establishing dynamic access restrictions to materials. Lists can contain Yale and non-Yale email addresses.
