Working Group in Ancient Philosophy

Run by graduate students working in ancient philosophy at Yale, the Working Group in Ancient Philosophy organizes a series of talks and seminars on ancient philosophy, typically between four and six each year. The group also occasionally combines with SEMPY (the Society for Early Modern Philosophy at Yale and with the Working Group in Arabic Philosophy MAP (Minorities and Philosophy), ELLMM City (the Epistemology, Language, Logic, Mind, and Metaphysics group), and the Working Group in Moral Philosophy.

The Working Group in Ancient Philosophy is grateful to the Whitney Humanities Center and to the Yale Philosophy Department for support. For more information or to be added to the group’s mailing list contact
