Annual Greek and Latin Poetry Recital Competition

The Greek and Latin Poetry Recital Competition gives students enrolled in our Greek and Latin intermediate poetry courses an opportunity to put down their dictionaries and grammar books and direct their skills towards reciting the beautiful poetry of Homer and Vergil. The 2006-7 competition was held on 1 May 2007 and prizes were awarded to Timothy Ellison for Greek and Nicola Karras for Latin.
