The Summer 2009 meeting of the Research Committee on Social Stratification and Mobility (RC28) of the International Sociological Association (ISA) will be held at Yale University (New Haven, Connecticut, USA) from August 3-6.

The organizers of the summer meeting are Richard Breen, Juho Harkonen, Taly Noam, Chelsea Rhodes, Karl Ulrich Mayer, and Hannah Brückner, with help from the students and affiliates of the Center for Research on Inequalities and the Life Course (CIQLE).
