The Administration The administration of the CHOY International Relations Council at Yale consists of the Executive Board and four subsidiary directorates. Together, the directorates work to manage all programs and activities of the CHOY International Relations Council at Yale University. The administrative organs of the CHOY International Relations Council at Yale also serve as an opportunity for a number of undergraduate students to get involved in the activities and programs of the Council.
