• USGS Seamless Data Archive - Look here first for SRTM and NED data
• GLCF SRTM data by Landsat Path/Row - They have improved on the "cleaned" version 2 data
• ASTER 30m - NASA WIST site - select Land | ASTER
• NASA FTP site - You can access the individual 1 degree tiles in version 1 or 2 format
• GTOPO30 Global DEM 1 KM resolution - USGS site - These data are also on the CEO server in ERMapper format
• SRTM30 - GTOPO30 dataset updated with SRTM data where available
• USGS - Various resolution data
• CGIAR enhanced SRTM data - Seamless 5 degree tiles of "clean" data, but a slow link
• Global elevation-derived watershed basins - Produced by the USGS
